Practicing
It is possible to practice by yourself with the librarian's software, and a patron window on the same computer, or with a mentor.
To access the practice areas:
Start the Ask-A-Librarian Provider 2.2 software. The application should be on your computer. Use one of the training usernames and passwords to login. Ex. username: training1@aclin.org password: training1 There are several training logins - you can use the numbers from 1 to 10.
The "Patron" practice page is located at this link.

The training logins only have access to this patron login page. They will not monitor the live queues. Also, do not access the patron page that is on the DPL website, or at askcolorado.org, because this is the live page, and you will connect with one of the librarians staffing the service.
